Service description

Handler provides point-of-sale, back-office, inventory, payroll, analytics, and related business tools, including optional AI-assisted features subject to human approval settings in your workspace.

Features vary by plan. We may update the product, add or remove features, and perform maintenance with reasonable notice when practicable.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and authorized to bind your business.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.

Plans, trials, and billing

Free POS: limited BackOffice seats, stores, and POS terminals as described at sign-up and in product documentation.

Business trial and paid Business plans: additional features and higher limits; trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe according to the prices shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Handler: no illegal activity, infringement, malware, scraping that impairs the service, circumvention of security, or harassment.

You may not attempt to access another tenant’s data. You are responsible for your business’s compliance with tax, labor, and industry regulations when using Handler.

Your data

You retain ownership of business content you upload or enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Handler is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexander Safiulin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100) if you use only the free plan.

Termination

You may stop using Handler at any time. You may request account deletion as described on our Data deletion page.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; we will handle data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
